    摘要:

    分析了客車(chē)換擋特點(diǎn)和原型車(chē)及C220發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的特性,基于AVL Cruise軟件建立了客車(chē)仿真模型,提出了適合于該客車(chē)電動(dòng)式機(jī)械自動(dòng)變速器換擋策略。仿真結(jié)果表明,在不降低原車(chē)動(dòng)力性的條件下,設(shè)計(jì)的雙參數(shù)換擋策略與單參數(shù)換擋相比可降低油耗2.4L/(100 km),節(jié)油率達(dá)6.7%。單參數(shù)速度換擋仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果基本一致,證明換擋策略是可信的。

    Abstract:

    This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of gear-shifting rules for EQ6110 bus and performances of C220 diesel engine and vehicle prototype. Based on the AVL Cruise software, a simulation model for the bus is set up, and gear-shifting rules for the electric automatic manual transmission are also put forward. At last, the simulation results show that the fuel consumption of bus with the double parameters gear shifting rules was reduced to 2.4 L/(100 km) and the fuel-saving rate reached to 6.7% in comparison with that of the single parameter gear-shifting rules. The consistency between the simulation results and the experimental results proves that the gear shifting rules are correct and reliable.
