    摘要:

    為研究塑料與稻殼共燃的氮氧化物生成規(guī)律,在自行設(shè)計(jì)的循環(huán)流化床裝置上進(jìn)行了二者的共燃實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究了溫度、塑料粉和稻殼的混合比例及過(guò)量空氣系數(shù)對(duì)NO生成量的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨溫度升高,NO生成量升高;隨塑料粉與稻殼混合比例增加,NO生成量呈降低趨勢(shì),且NO的生成量低于二者單獨(dú)焚燒時(shí)生成量的線性疊加;隨著過(guò)量空氣系數(shù)增加,NO生成量降低。為尋找二者共燃NO生成的一般性規(guī)律,采用徑向基神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立了NO生成的預(yù)測(cè)模型,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果顯示該模型具有很高的精度。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the law of NO emissions from co-combustion of plastic powder and rice hull, the co-combustion experiments were performed in CFB designed by ourselves. The influences of combustion temperature, the ratio of plastic powder to rice hull and stoichiometric coefficient on the emission of NO were studied. Experimental research showed that NO emissions are increasing with the increase of temperature, NO emissions are decreasing with the increase of ratio of plastic powder to rice hull, and the NO emissions was lower when co-combustion than the weighted arithmetic mean of NO emissions when these two fuels combusted separately, NO emissions will be decreased with the increase of stoichiometric coefficient. In order to search the general law of NO emissions from co-combustion of plastic powder and rice hull, a predicting model of NO emissions based on radial basis function neural network was set up and the forecasted results showed that this model was accurate.
