    摘要:

    建立了龍眼差壓預(yù)冷試驗(yàn)臺,測定了不同條件下龍眼果實(shí)的通風(fēng)阻力特性。結(jié)果表明,風(fēng)速與壓降之間的關(guān)系可以用Ramsin方程來描述,壓差與風(fēng)速近似呈平方關(guān)系。研究了包裝箱的開孔形狀與開孔率對壓力損失的影響,研究表明,在相同的風(fēng)速和開孔率條件下,圓形開孔的壓力損失較小,矩形開孔的壓力損失較大,龍眼差壓預(yù)冷包裝箱的開孔率大于15.5%時(shí),壓力損失小而且能耗較低。

    Abstract:

    A forced-air pre-cooling experimental unit was established. The characteristic curves of Longan ventilation resistance in different experimental conditions were obtained. The relationship between airflow rate and pressure drop was found out. The pressure drop through Longans could be expressed through the Ramsim equation. The pressure drop was proportional to the square of the airflow rate approximately. The effects of shape and area of container venting hole on pressure drop were discussed. At the same airflow rate and venting area, pressure loss is smaller through round vent holes than through rectangular vent holes. When opening areas were bigger than 15.5% of the package surface, then it could meet low pressure loss and had small energy consumption. The results provide foundation and theoretical basis for design of forced-air pre-cooling system.
