    摘要:

    為了解氣流在4ZTL-1800型割前摘脫稻(麥)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)慣性沉降分離室內(nèi)的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,從流體力學(xué)和湍流理論出發(fā),建立了氣體運(yùn)動(dòng)微分方程式及k-ε湍流模型,并利用Fluent軟件對(duì)慣性沉降分離室內(nèi)三維定常氣流進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算,得到了氣體在慣性沉降分離室內(nèi)的流動(dòng)特征。根據(jù)其特征對(duì)分離室結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)后慣性沉降分離室內(nèi)的氣流流場(chǎng)得到了改善。

    Abstract:

    The differential equation of airflow in the inertia deposition-separation chamber of 4ZTL-1800 rice combine harvester threshing prior to cutting was developed based on the theory of hydrodynamics and turbulence. The numerical simulation of the 3-D steady airflow in the inertia deposition-separation chamber was made for the first time by using standard k-ε turbulent differential equations, and the airflow characteristic was analyzed. Based on the numerical calculation results,the inertia deposition-separation chamber was optimized and redesigned for reducing the energy loss of airflow turbulence.
