    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)的電控噴油器性能測(cè)試裝置，可有效檢測(cè)噴油器的主要性能指標(biāo)，為提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃油動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性以及降低排放提供了技術(shù)支持。檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)證明，該測(cè)試裝置具有效率快、精度高、性能穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn)，具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    The development status of injector flow performance test in the world was introduced. The significance of this research is very important in China. An advanced test device for the injector performance was developed, which provided great technical support to the improvement of the engine capability and emission. The device was composed of three systems, including sensors system, control system and action system. It could test static flow, dynamic flow, linearity, static and dynamic minimum operating voltage of 6 injectors at one time. The test time was less than 0.5 hour. According to the validation test, the device has the characteristics of high efficiency, precision and stability. It can be used both in plant and lab.
