    摘要:

    提出了一種具有漸開線霧化面的新型螺旋噴嘴。采用內外雙圓錐的空心螺旋噴射型面,使設計的噴嘴體應力分布更均勻,克服了傳統(tǒng)螺旋噴嘴的霧化面具有部分重疊過渡面的缺點。根據(jù)霧化平面的要求,對漸開線的首尾進行了優(yōu)化處理。對螺旋角進行漸變設計,采用動坐標系向定坐標系映射的方法推導了噴射型面的空間幾何模型,使用Matlab對設計的型面進行了仿真。結果驗證了所提出幾何模型的有效性,為螺旋噴嘴的設計和制造提供了理論依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    A novel spiral nozzle with involute atomization surface was presented. The spray surface was design as inside and outside conic gradual change helix angle helicoids, which made the stress of the nozzle more uniform. Also it overcame the shortcomings of atomization overlap for traditional spiral nozzle. According to the requirements of involute atomization instead of homocentric circles atomization, the beginning and the end of the involute has been optimized. Then the dynamic and static coordinates were employed to deduce the space geometry model of spray helicoids. At last the model was simulated by using Matlab. The results validated the effectiveness of the proposed geometry model, which provided the theoretic basis for designing and manufacturing the spiral nozzles.
