    摘要:

    根據(jù)分層燃燒的理論,設(shè)計(jì)了分隔室復(fù)合供氣式壓燃天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。采用化學(xué)動(dòng)力學(xué)與CFD耦合的方法,對(duì)該發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在復(fù)合供氣方式下的著火和燃燒機(jī)理進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合供氣模式下由于在主、副燃燒室中可形成較明顯的溫度分層和濃度分層,實(shí)現(xiàn)了分層燃燒方式,獲得了較寬的運(yùn)行范圍,平均指示壓力達(dá)到0.63MPa,比進(jìn)氣道供氣模式約高

    Abstract:

    50%。 A natural gas engine with a separate chamber and compound fuel supply system was designed based on stratification combustion theory. Simulation of ignition and combustion mechanism of the engine was carried out by coupling multidimensional computational fluid dynamic (CFD) code FIRE with detailed chemical kinetic mechanism. The results showed that it is possible to achieve stratification of mixture concentration and temperature in main chamber and by-chamber, and realize stratified combustion mode of compound fuel supply so as to have broaden operating range. The mean indicates pressure reached 0.63MPa and is 50% higher than mode of inlet fuel supply.
