    摘要:

    蓄能式全動(dòng)力制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)充液閥的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)是提高系統(tǒng)的充液效率、減輕對(duì)車輛其他系統(tǒng)的影響并降低充液閥的制造成本。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)原理建立了可用于充液閥穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)及其充液特性分析的動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)學(xué)模型,試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了仿真模型的正確性。在分析系統(tǒng)充液特性主要影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了充液閥的設(shè)計(jì)變量及不確定因素。對(duì)充液閥進(jìn)行基于充液時(shí)間最短的穩(wěn)健設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,合理選擇設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)可降低加工精度,提高充液效率及性能穩(wěn)健性。

    Abstract:

    The objectives of designing the charging valve in full power braking system with accumulator are to improve the charging efficiency, decrease the manufacturing cost and the influence on other systems of the vehicle. According to the performance analysis of the system, a dynamic mathematical model for robust design of charging valve and analyzing its charging characteristics was established. Experiments were conducted to verify the simulating model. On the basis of analyzing various factors that affected the charging characteristics of the system, the design variables and the uncertainty factors of charging valve were conducted. Based on the charging time of the system, the results of the simulation were used to make the robust design of charging valve. The results of the robust design indicated that the reasonable design parameters could decrease the machining precision and improve the charging efficiency and robust performance.
