    摘要:

    提出了基于PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的多變量模糊前饋解耦控制系統(tǒng)。PROFIBUS和Intranet技術(shù)相結(jié)合的水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖過(guò)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖過(guò)程的智能控制和信息共享。系統(tǒng)中模糊控制器和解耦部分獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì),解耦由兩層神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn),根據(jù)系統(tǒng)輸出誤差,在線調(diào)整網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)值,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)解耦而無(wú)需辨識(shí)養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境的模型,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明這種方法是有效的。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at solving the problem of inaccurate control and multivariable coupling in aquiculture process, a monitoring and feed forward decoupling for multivariable fuzzy decoupling control system based on PROFIBUS for aquiculture was presented. The control system combined the PROFIBUS and intranet was built, the intelligent control and share of its information in aquiculture process were realized with this system. Fuzzy controllers and decoupling units were designed dependently, where the neural network with a single hidden layer was employed for decoupling. The simplified training algorithm based on the system output error was used for online adjustment of the network weights and realizing dynamic decoupling, the test results have shown that the method is effective.
