    摘要:

    結(jié)合RPM中一般自適應(yīng)分層技術(shù)及對(duì)點(diǎn)云均勻分層構(gòu)造RP模型方法,提出點(diǎn)云曲面柵格法自適應(yīng)分層。以柵格為基元,將點(diǎn)云投影柵格化,從中獲取柵格點(diǎn)集,結(jié)合相關(guān)系數(shù)判斷柵格點(diǎn)線性關(guān)系,由此提取層間輪廓。定義投影點(diǎn)云柵格面積差比為表面誤差,建立其與堆層厚度的關(guān)系,通過(guò)表面誤差逼近定值最終確定堆層厚度。經(jīng)實(shí)例分析驗(yàn)證,分層結(jié)果滿足

    Abstract:

    RPM要求。 A new method of adaptive slicing to point cloud surface was presented in combination with ordinary adaptive slicing in RPM and concept of structure RP model by point data slicing directly. Taking bar as the element, all points of layer were projected into some bars, got bar-point muster from it, drew contour from this layer and combined the judgment of linear relation about some bar-points by correlation coefficient. The area ratio of point cloud projection bar was defined as surface error, the relation between pile layer thickness and area ratio was established. By way of approaching worth with surface error, pile layer thickness was eventually determined. Finally, the experimental results showed that the algorithm is effective and fully satisfied the requirement of RPM.
