    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)的電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向表面式永磁同步電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)由永磁同步電機(jī)、逆變器、轉(zhuǎn)子位置檢測裝置和控制單元構(gòu)成。表面式永磁同步電機(jī)電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的控制包括扭矩控制和矢量控制。扭矩控制是表面式永磁同步電機(jī)電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)控制目標(biāo)，矢量控制是對表面式永磁同步電機(jī)定子電流矢量的控制。闡明了表面式永磁同步電機(jī)電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的控制過程，分析了表面式永磁同步電機(jī)電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向控制系統(tǒng)的助力特性設(shè)置、坐標(biāo)變換和脈寬調(diào)制技術(shù)。

    Abstract:

    The variable frequency speed regulation system of EPS (electric power steering) surface PMSM (permanent magnetic synchronous motor) is made up of the PMSM、 the inverter、 the rotor position sensor and the control unit. The control of surface PMSM electric power steering system includes the torque control and the vector control. The torque control is the control target of the surface PMSM electric power steering system. And the vector control is the control of stator current vector of the surface PMSM. The control process of the surface PMSM electric power steering system is illustrated. The setting of the assist characteristic, the coordinate transformations and the PWM technologies of the control system of the surface PMSM electric power steering are analyzed.
