    摘要:

    運(yùn)用ANSYS有限元分析軟件對(duì)影響氣吸式排種器吸種效果的吸孔氣流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了仿真和試驗(yàn)研究。仿真分析了吸孔形狀、孔徑及吸種導(dǎo)程對(duì)吸種效果的影響,并在排種器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:吸孔直徑越大,吸種效果越好;錐形孔的吸種效果優(yōu)于直孔和沉孔;吸孔導(dǎo)程對(duì)吸種效果影響不大,只起到了調(diào)整和穩(wěn)定氣流的作用。

    Abstract:

    ANSYS finite element analysis software was used in the paper to simulate and experimentally study on the sucking nozzle air field, which affected sucking effect of air-suction seeder. The straight nozzle, countersunk nozzle and conical nozzle with different diameters and air travelling distances were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results were verified on the experiment test-bed. The simulation and experimental results showed that the bigger of the sucking nozzle diameter, the better of the sucking effect, the conical nozzle is better than straight nozzle and countersunk nozzle, and the distance the air travels has nearly no influence on sucking effect, which just adjust and stabilize the air flow.
