Abstract:ANSYS finite element analysis software was used in the paper to simulate and experimentally study on the sucking nozzle air field, which affected sucking effect of air-suction seeder. The straight nozzle, countersunk nozzle and conical nozzle with different diameters and air travelling distances were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results were verified on the experiment test-bed. The simulation and experimental results showed that the bigger of the sucking nozzle diameter, the better of the sucking effect, the conical nozzle is better than straight nozzle and countersunk nozzle, and the distance the air travels has nearly no influence on sucking effect, which just adjust and stabilize the air flow.
