    摘要:

    以某挖掘機(jī)的工作裝置整體為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)液壓挖掘機(jī)的典型工況進(jìn)行全面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從系統(tǒng)集成的角度建立了完整的工作裝置三維集成有限元模型,對(duì)工作裝置進(jìn)行了5種典型工況下的強(qiáng)度、變形及模態(tài)分析,并結(jié)合實(shí)際產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。分析結(jié)果表明,基于工作裝置整體的集成有限元分析方法極大地降低了因構(gòu)件簡(jiǎn)化等原因而造成的計(jì)算誤差,提升了產(chǎn)品的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)水平。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of working characters, an integrated and refined 3-D finite element analysis for working mechanism was presented. Take excavator as an example, the 3-D model of working mechanism was established. Based on assessment of preliminary finite element, the way of establishing finite element model has been determined. Selected five typical working statuses, the stiffness, strength and modal analysis was made for assembled working mechanism, and test for actual product has been done. The results showed that stress distribution of work mechanism could clearly explain failure cause and the result could be applied as the references for the working mechanism design. The excavator design method has been improved and a new approach was provided for similar product design and analysis.
