    摘要:

    通過理論分析建立了由植酸鈉制取肌醇的水解反應(yīng)動力學(xué)模型,根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)用三維曲面擬合法對水解動力學(xué)進(jìn)行了研究,得出了水解反應(yīng)的動力學(xué)方程,反應(yīng)為一級不可逆反應(yīng),反應(yīng)的活化能為8.5×104 J/mol。用理論計算得出的反應(yīng)動力學(xué)方程對實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中使用的反應(yīng)器參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計算,將計算結(jié)果與實(shí)際使用的反應(yīng)器參數(shù)進(jìn)行比較可知,計算所得反應(yīng)時間與實(shí)際反應(yīng)時間的相對誤差僅為0.86%,表明此研究成果可以應(yīng)用在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中。

    Abstract:

    The reactive kinetics model for the preparation of inositol from the hydrolysis of sodium phytate was established through the theoretical analysis. Based on the experimental data, the hydrolysis kinetics of sodium phytate was studied by the 3-D surface fitting. The reaction was a first-order irreversible reaction, and its activation energy was 8.5×104 J/mol. The reactor used in the experiment was calculated by means of this hydrolysis kinetics equation, and the calculating data were compared with that from the actual reactor. The results showed that the relative error between the calculating reaction time and the actual reaction time is only 0.86%. The hydrolysis kinetics equation obtained could be applied to the practical production.
