    摘要:

    對(duì)PY-140型搖臂式噴頭在不同的彈尾形穩(wěn)流器與噴嘴直徑組合工況下進(jìn)行了噴頭內(nèi)流道水力性能試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:噴頭內(nèi)流道阻力損失與噴嘴直徑、穩(wěn)流器長(zhǎng)度及進(jìn)口工作壓力呈正比,并建立了回歸模型;噴管段產(chǎn)生的阻力損失與噴頭內(nèi)流道阻力損失之比的平均值為0.666;當(dāng)進(jìn)口工作壓力一定時(shí),噴嘴工作壓力與噴嘴直徑、穩(wěn)流器長(zhǎng)度呈反比,噴頭流量的最大相對(duì)誤差為4.7%;錐角為40°的圓錐形噴嘴流量系數(shù)算術(shù)平均值是

    Abstract:

    0.928。An experiment was carried out to investigate hydraulic performance in internal flow passage of a PY-140 impact sprinkler with different bullet-shaped straighteners and nozzles. The results showed that total friction loss in internal flow passage was in direct ration to nozzle diameter, length of straightener and inlet pressure. A regression model describing their relations was established. The ratio of friction loss in sprinkler tube to total friction loss was averaged as 0.666. The paper indicated that as inlet pressure was kept constant, nozzle pressure was in inverse proportion to nozzle diameter and length of straightener, and the maximum relative error of flow rate was 4.7%. Finally, the paper recommended that the average discharge coefficient for a conical nozzle angle of 40° was 0.928.
