    機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)副間隙對(duì)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)響應(yīng)有重要影響,有必要將轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)副間隙引入汽車(chē)擺振系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析?;诜蔷€性系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué),應(yīng)用拉格朗日方程建立了考慮轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)副間隙的六自由度擺振動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。通過(guò)仿真分析討論了車(chē)速對(duì)前輪擺振的影響,結(jié)果表明在特定車(chē)速范圍內(nèi)前輪會(huì)發(fā)生自激擺振,這與實(shí)際情況吻合,驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性。

    Abstract:

    The clearance of movement pair of mechanism can make great influence on dynamic response of the system. Therefore, it is necessary to take into consideration of the clearance of movement pair of steering mechanism in dynamic analysis of vehicle shimmy system. Based on nonlinear dynamics, the 6-DOF dynamic model of vehicle shimmy system with consideration of clearance of movement pair of steering mechanism was established with Lagrange equations. Based on the parameters of a certain vehicle, simulation on the dynamic response of the vehicle shimmy system was performed, and the effect of the vehicle speed on the front wheel shimmy was discussed. The results showed that self-excited shimmy would occur under certain vehicle speed range, which met well with the experimental results of roadway tests of the vehicle. Therefore, the presented method is verified.
