    摘要:

    以柴油機曲軸-軸承系統(tǒng)為研究對象,建立了計入主軸頸傾斜時彈性曲軸-軸承系統(tǒng)的動力學摩擦學耦合分析模型;采用ADAMS和Matlab聯(lián)合仿真,在額定工況下進行了彈性曲軸動力學和主軸承摩擦學耦合分析;著重分析了計入曲軸主軸頸傾斜時,主軸承摩擦學行為和曲軸動力學響應之間的相互影響。計算結果表明:計入曲軸主軸頸傾斜,主軸承最小油膜厚度大幅度下降,最大油膜壓力大幅度升高,曲軸軸承系統(tǒng)動力學特性以及響應也發(fā)生變化。

    Abstract:

    Coupling simulating modal between dynamics and tribology was built for a flexible crankshaft-bearing system of an internal combustion engine considering misalignment caused by elastic deflection of the crankshaft. Coupling analysis has been done in the rating condition by the software ADAMS and Matlab. Coupling relation among dynamical performance of the crankshaft, tribological behaviors of the 5 main bearings and misalignment of crankshaft journal has been investigated in detail. It showed that the maximum pressure of oil film for the main bearings increased obviously and the minimum thickness of oil film decreased greatly when the journal misalignment was taken into consideration. Some changes were also taken place simultaneously for the dynamic responses of the system.
