    摘要:

    分析了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)緩速器工作循環(huán)中，每個(gè)沖程增加制動(dòng)功率的方法以及對(duì)整個(gè)工作過程的影響，探討了幾種增加發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制動(dòng)功率的方法，推導(dǎo)出發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)緩速器制動(dòng)功率的計(jì)算公式，提出了一種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)緩速器的配氣方案，使進(jìn)氣、壓縮、減壓釋放在一次活塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)中完成，從而提高了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)緩速器的制動(dòng)能力；給出了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制動(dòng)效率的概念，以評(píng)價(jià)不同發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制動(dòng)方式對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)最大制動(dòng)能力的利用水平。

    Abstract:

    Working process of the engine retarder has been analyzed, the method to increase the braking power in every engine stroke and the effect of this method to the whole working process were analyzed, some methods to get more powerful brake performance were discussed, and the formula to calculate the braking power of the engine retarder was given, and the definition for the system potential was put up. Furthermore, a new project of the valve movement has been put forward, which made the intake stroke, compression stroke, pressure release all happen in one piston reciprocation, and that greatly improved the retarding power. A new concept of the retarding efficiency to evaluate the utilizing level of the different engine retarder types to the largest braking power of the engine was provided. 
