    摘要:

    分析了玉米秸稈特性和揉搓機理,利用三維設(shè)計軟件開發(fā)了錐輥式玉米秸稈揉搓裝置。該裝置主要由集料斗、錐輥、花鍵軸及斜齒輪等組成,與錘片式玉米秸稈揉搓裝置相比,其結(jié)構(gòu)有所簡化。簡述了揉搓紋桿的成形原理,給出了揉搓紋桿的平面曲線方程。對玉米秸稈揉搓過程中秸稈空間運動規(guī)律及受力情況進行了分析,并建立了玉米秸稈揉搓過程的空間幾何模型。通過對秸稈運動過程仿真實現(xiàn)算法的設(shè)計,在Matlab環(huán)境下進行了虛擬試驗,進一步優(yōu)化了樣機的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和運動參數(shù)。經(jīng)樣機試制與試驗,對其作業(yè)性能進行了測試,證明了其工作有效性。

    Abstract:

    By means of analyzing corn stalk physical properties and rubbing mechanism, a conical corn stalk rubbing device was designed with 3D CAD software. It was mainly composed of hopper, cone, spline shaft and helical gears, and compared with other stalk rubbing devices, such as rubbing hammer, its structure was simplified. The forming principle of rasp bars was introduce, and the plane curve equation of rasp bars was derived, and then the space moving model of corn stalks, as well as status of the force being acted on corn stalk, was given when they were rubbed. Based on the design of algorithm routine for the corn stalks movement, virtual prototype tests were completed with Matlab software. The structure parameters and motion parameters of the virtual prototype were optimized. Finally, the prototype was trial-produced and tests were done, so its performance was tested, and the validity of the prototype was approved. 
