    摘要:

    為提高直噴式柴油機(jī)缸內(nèi)油氣的混合速率及其分布均勻度,利用從多孔油嘴噴出的油束撞擊設(shè)置在噴孔出口外圍的內(nèi)錐導(dǎo)向面上,擴(kuò)展成近似的傘狀噴霧,噴霧的碰撞量可以通過(guò)改變噴孔和碰撞面的相對(duì)位置來(lái)調(diào)整。應(yīng)用FIRE 8.4對(duì)全碰和半碰噴霧及多孔自由噴霧的空間分布特性進(jìn)行了模擬分析。結(jié)果表明:與自由噴霧相比,內(nèi)錐碰撞式傘狀噴霧具有擴(kuò)散度高、周向分布均勻的特點(diǎn)。在單缸135型柴油機(jī)上進(jìn)行的燃燒性能對(duì)比試驗(yàn)表明:半碰方式好于全碰方式,半碰方式時(shí)采用4孔油嘴優(yōu)于6孔油嘴,適當(dāng)?shù)墓┯吞崆敖怯欣趯?shí)現(xiàn)柴油機(jī)的熱預(yù)混合燃燒。

    Abstract:

    When spray is injected form multi-hole nozzle, oil bundle is impinged on the inner conical-face orientation sleeve mounted on the outside of nozzle and diffuses along the cone-shape surface, and then the conical spray is formed. The impingement quantity of spray can be adjusted by changing the relative position between nozzle hole and impingement surface. Three-dimensional CFD package AVL FIRE 8.4 is used to simulate and analyze the diffusion characteristics of full-impingement conical spray, half-impingement conical spray and multi-hole free spray. The simulated results show that: comparing with free spray, inner conical-face impingement type conical spray has the characteristics of high diffusion and homogeneous circumferential dispersion. Combustion performance test, which is carried out on 135-type single-cylinder diesel engine, shows the following conclusions: half-impingement mode is better than whole-impingement mode; for half-impingement mode, 4-hole nozzle is better than 6-hole nozzle; appropriate fuel supply advance angle is good for achieving hot premixed combustion.
