    摘要:

    基于摩擦潤滑理論，分別建立了脹圈旋轉(zhuǎn)密封處于流體潤滑和邊界潤滑2種狀態(tài)下的受力模型。對脹圈受力情況與結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸之間的關(guān)系進行了深入分析，對脹圈與軸槽端面之間的潤滑狀態(tài)進行了討論。推導(dǎo)了脹圈在邊界潤滑狀態(tài)下摩擦轉(zhuǎn)矩的計算式，并通過專門設(shè) 計的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)密封試驗臺進行了試驗驗證，試驗結(jié)果證明了計算公式的正確性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the theory of friction and lubrication, the models of the rotary seal under the condition of fluid lubrication and boundary lubrication were established respectively. Relations between force characteristic and structural parameters of the sealing ring were analyzed. Lubrication state between the sealing ring and the surface of the shaft groove was also discussed. The expression of calculating friction torque under the condition of boundary lubrication was deduced. Experiments have been done on the rotary seal test bench designed specially. Testing results validated the calculation formula.
