    摘要:

    對(duì)一低比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)沖壓焊接離心泵在帶分流葉片以及不帶分流葉片情況下的葉輪及蝸殼耦合場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。計(jì)算采用雷諾時(shí)均方程和RNG k—ε湍流模型,速度與壓力耦合采用SIMPLEC算法。計(jì)算了設(shè)計(jì)工況、小流量工況及大流量工況下離心泵內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)分布。增加分流葉片后,離心泵葉輪流道內(nèi)的回流和二次流現(xiàn)象得到了有效控制。對(duì)比分析性能預(yù)測(cè)與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的差異,在設(shè)計(jì)工況時(shí)離心泵性能預(yù)測(cè)的最大偏差為3%;非設(shè)計(jì)工況時(shí)性能預(yù)測(cè)的最大偏差為

    Abstract:

    10%。 By adopting time averaged N—S equations and RNG k—ε model,the impeller-volute coupling characteristics were simulated by using SIMPLEC algorithm. The 3—D turbulent flow in centrifugal pump impellers with and without splitter blades were simulated under the different flow rates. When adding splitter blades,the results show that it can effectively control the reflux and flow separation at the impeller outlet. In comparison with performance prediction and experiment,the maximal error between performance prediction and experiment result is no more than 3% under the design flow rate,while 10% under the off-design flow rates.  
