    摘要:

    在雙液相系統(tǒng)中,研究植物甾醇生物降解制備雄烯二酮(AD)的工藝,并考察底物投料量以及添加表面活性劑、羥化酶抑制劑對(duì)降解的影響。結(jié)果表明:葵花油是分枝桿菌降解甾醇生成AD的最佳有機(jī)溶劑,底物投料量以及羥化酶抑制劑對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)化有一定的影響。通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn),確定了葵花油/水系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)化條件:油相濃度為20%,底物投料量為0.4%,添加劑為0.005%氯化汞,此工藝條件下,AD轉(zhuǎn)化

    Abstract:

    率高達(dá)83.4%。The technology of obtaining androstenones (AD) from phytosterol by microbial degradation in biphasic systems and the effects of substrate concentration, surfactants and 9α-hydroxylase inhibitor on biotransformation were studied by experiment. The results show that sunflower oil-aqueous biphasic system is the most suitable for bioconversion, and the concentration of substrate and low-concentration of 9α-hydroxylase inhibitor can increase the rate of biotransformation to a certain extent. Finally, the sunflower oil-aqueous biphasic system of fermentation is optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the optimal condition is as following: systems with the concentration of 20% sunflower oil, 0.4% substrate and 0.005% HgCl2. Under this condition the transformation rate of AD is 83.4%. 
