    摘要:

    運用高速攝影技術(shù),研究了生物柴油和0號柴油及其不同比例混合燃料的宏觀噴霧特性。結(jié)果表明:燃油噴射的初期,燃油的噴霧錐角隨著生物柴油在礦物柴油中含量的增加而減小;在噴射過程中,B100和B0的噴霧錐角相差不多;礦物柴油和生物柴油噴霧的自由貫穿距由小到大,逐漸到穩(wěn)定;隨著時間的增加,生物柴油貫穿距的增長率大于礦物柴油貫穿距的增長率;燃油噴射持續(xù)期是隨著生物柴油在礦物柴油中質(zhì)量分數(shù)增加而延長的,生物柴油質(zhì)量分數(shù)超過50%時,燃油噴射持續(xù)期則明顯增大。

    Abstract:

    Highspeed photography was used to study the macro spray characteristics of biodiesel, 0# diesel and the mixed fuel with different proportion of biodiesel. It showed that the spray angle got smaller with the proportion of biodiesel increased at the initial stage of injection. During the injection process, the spray angle of biodiesel and fossil diesel fuel had little differences. Penetration rate of fossil diesel fuel and biodiesel were growing larger till stable. With the time increasing, the penetration rate of biodiesel became larger than that of fossil diesel fuel. With the proportion of biodiesel increasing, the duration of injection became longer. Especially, when the percentage of biodiesel was over 50%, the fuel injection duration increased significantly. 
