    摘要:

    在對電子駐車制動系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對電子駐車制動系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行機構(gòu)進行了動力學(xué)分析。從實際應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),設(shè)計了一套電子駐車制動系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)的中央控制器采用Philips 592單片機,由同步帶傳動機構(gòu)、少齒差行星齒輪傳動機構(gòu)和蝸桿傳動機構(gòu)組成的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)由直流電動機驅(qū)動,以達到實施或解除駐車制動的目的。針對某一具體車型,用臺架實驗驗證了所設(shè)計的電子駐車制動系統(tǒng)的有效性。臺架實驗結(jié)果表明:電子駐車制動系統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)特性和動態(tài)特性均滿足理論計算要求。

    Abstract:

    The structure and the mechanism for the electric park brake (EPB) were analyzed first. Then, the dynamical analysis for the executive device of EPB was done. After that, an EPB system was designed in the viewpoint of practical application. Aimed at applying or releasing braking, the electric control unit (ECU) adopted a single-chip microprocessor (SCM) named Philips 592 and the executive device, which was driven by a direct current motor that adopted a synchronous belt driven mechanism, a planetary gear mechanism with small teeth difference and a screw-driven mechanism. Lastly, the efficiency of the EPB system was validated by bench tests for a detail automotive model. The results of the bench tests showed that the static characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the EPB met the requirement of theoretical calculation.
