    摘要:

    用破碎率、損傷指數(shù)增量來定量評價稻谷的脫粒損傷程度,在自行研制的物料輸送、脫粒分離試驗臺上,對釘齒軸流脫粒滾筒進(jìn)行了水稻脫粒試驗。分析了脫粒間隙、脫粒元件線速度、釘齒排列間距、喂入量等因素對稻谷脫粒損傷和脫粒裝置性能指標(biāo)的影響。正交試驗結(jié)果分析表明,對稻谷損傷影響較大的因素順序為:脫粒元件線速度、脫粒間隙和釘齒間距,并給出了較優(yōu)的參數(shù)組合:脫粒間隙12mm、脫粒元件線速度28m/s、釘齒排列間距

    Abstract:

    80mm。 Rice kernel damage may become worse during threshing, while performance indexes of threshing unit such as un-threshed loss rate, power consumed, et al. were most focused on. Broken rate of threshing and stand damage index increment were used to validate damage degree. On the self-designed test equipment of the threshing separation performance, experiments were conducted for rice with different factors such as cylinder-concave clearance,linear velocity of spike tooth, feed rate and distance of spike tooth. With the orthogonal experiments, the analysis of variance and analysis of range were carried out and the factors that affecting rice damage during threshing were found, they were in turn of linear velocity of spike tooth, cylinder-concave clearance,distance of spike tooth. With the method of synthetic analysis, the optimization parameters were obtained. 
