    摘要:

    永磁式渦流緩速器電磁場分析是其設(shè)計(jì)的核心。為了研究永磁式渦流緩速器電磁場分布,將緩速器的永磁體等效為磁化電流,從麥克斯韋方程組出發(fā),應(yīng)用Rogowski方法,研究了氣隙磁場分布,計(jì)算了轉(zhuǎn)子鼓中的渦流密度,推導(dǎo)出了永磁式渦流緩速器的制動(dòng)力矩計(jì)算公式。采用Rogowski方法不僅清楚地揭示出永磁式渦流緩速器的電磁場物理本質(zhì),而且制動(dòng)力矩理論計(jì)算值與緩速器臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的誤差小于10%,在可接受范圍內(nèi)。

    Abstract:

    Electromagnetic field analysis for permanent magnet type eddy current retarder is the key part for designing. In order to research electromagnetic field distribution of the retarder, permanent magnet was made equivalent to a magnetized current. Flux density and eddy-current density in the air-gap and rotor of retarder were analysed and calculated respectively based on Rogowski method; meanwhile,the computation formulae of its braking torque were derived in order to reflect the relationship between braking torque and different design parameters. The analytical model was proved to be an effective model that can reveal the essence of electromagnetic field of permanent magnet type eddy current retarder, and the comparison of bench test result and computation result shows that the maximum error is less than 10%, which means Rogowski method is effective.
