    摘要:

    利用CFD平臺的滑動網(wǎng)格法與混合模型模擬液力偶合器流場的瞬態(tài)流動,得到偶合器內(nèi)部速度與壓力分布??偨Y(jié)了不同充液率下流場結(jié)構(gòu)的變化及兩相分布情況。基于速度、壓力數(shù)值解計算了液力偶合器葉輪轉(zhuǎn)矩,并計算出不同充液率下液力偶合器的原始特性。將性能預(yù)測結(jié)果與實驗進行了對比分析,結(jié)果表明,數(shù)值模擬計算結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果吻合較好,基本反映了流道內(nèi)部流動的基本特征。

    Abstract:

    The unsteady flow of the hydrodynamic coupling was calculated by using the sliding mesh method and mixture model in CFD software. And the velocity and pressure distribution of the hydrodynamic coupling were figured out. Through analyzing the velocity and pressure field, the distribution of the two-phase flow under different filling rate were summarized. The torque was computed based on the numerical solution of 3-D flow field, and the original characteristic of hydrodynamic coupling was predicted. The predicted characteristic was compared with the experimental data. It indicates that the computational result of numerical simulation is well tallied with the results of the experiment, and the result can reflect the basal characteristic of the inner flow in hydrodynamic coupling.
