    摘要:

    針對現(xiàn)有小型馬鈴薯收獲機(jī)作業(yè)過程中,行進(jìn)阻力大、易于壅堵、傷薯率高,以及壟高適應(yīng)性差等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了MZPH-820型單行馬鈴薯收獲機(jī)。該機(jī)挖掘鏟各鏟片相互分離,間隙通暢;升運(yùn)鏈導(dǎo)向撐鏈輪通過懸臂板支撐,承力通軸實(shí)現(xiàn)向上移動(dòng),作業(yè)時(shí)入土部件僅有挖掘鏟及切土防漏圓盤,可有效防止秧莖纏繞及壅土;挖掘鏟角度調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)可實(shí)現(xiàn)挖掘鏟與升運(yùn)鏈導(dǎo)向撐鏈輪角度的同步調(diào)節(jié),使挖掘鏟鏟面傾角在18°~30°內(nèi)連續(xù)可調(diào),便于不同土質(zhì)條件下優(yōu)化作業(yè)性能;導(dǎo)向限深輪及支撐行走輪二者高度的協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)整使得收獲機(jī)能夠滿足100~400mm壟高地塊的作業(yè)要求,保證挖掘鏟預(yù)設(shè)鏟面傾角的實(shí)現(xiàn),壟高適應(yīng)性得到增強(qiáng)。寬行高壟地塊的田間試驗(yàn)表明:MZPH-820型單行馬鈴薯收獲機(jī)挖掘、輸運(yùn)順暢,分離效果明顯,純小時(shí)生產(chǎn)率為0.10hm2/h,傷薯率為0.3%,損失率為3.9%,性能達(dá)到技術(shù)規(guī)范要求。

    Abstract:

    With the aim to solve the problems of the soil blocking, the high rate of tuber damage, and the bad adaptability to different heights of ridge, MZPH-820 potato harvester was designed. The blades of the digging device were designed separating from each other, as well as their supported pipes. The guide rollers of the screening conveyor belt installed on two cantilever plates individually, this brought the transverse through shaft a bit large displacement to the upwards. Both of them made the blades and the soil-cutting discs be the only two kinds of soil-engaging parts, and effectively prevented vines winding and soil blocking. The blades angle adjusting mechanism performed the angle adjustment of the blades and the guide rollers of the screening conveyor belt in the same time, and the adjusting range of the blades angle is 18°~30°. Through adjusting the heights of mound drum and rear wheels harmoniously, the harvester could meet the working demand of various ridge height in range of 100~400mm and ensure the presetting angle of the blades. This improved greatly the adaptability to different ridge heights. Field experimental results show that in conditions of high ridge wide row, MZPH-820 potato harvester performed smoothly in digging, lifting and transporting without any blocking, and potatoes were separated effectively from soil. Its productivity was 0.10hm2/h, damage rate was 0.3%, and losing rate was 3.9%, all meeting the technical requirements.
