    摘要:

    從混合動(dòng)力液壓挖掘機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)入手,以系統(tǒng)全局效率優(yōu)化為目標(biāo),提出了并聯(lián)式混合動(dòng)力液壓挖掘機(jī)動(dòng)力源單元和能量?jī)?chǔ)存單元的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)函數(shù)、約束方程以及整機(jī)的參數(shù)匹配方法,并結(jié)合一臺(tái)5t混合動(dòng)力液壓挖掘機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了部件參數(shù)匹配的實(shí)例研究,通過(guò)Matlab/Simulink建模分析得到經(jīng)參數(shù)匹配后的系統(tǒng),其各部件具有裝機(jī)功率低、效率高、油耗低的良好特性。

    Abstract:

    In order to optimize the efficiency of a parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator (PHHE), this paper firstly get started with the analysis of the system's structure, and then the optimal objective function and constraint equations that depict powertrain unit and energy storage unit for PHHE were put forward along with a parameter matching method for the machine. For the purpose of component sizing and matching in PHHE, one case was done in a 5 ton hybrid excavator, and the system with the designed parameters of components could reduce components' peak power, increase system efficiency and decrease fuel consumption rate by using Matlab and Simulink toolbox.
