    摘要:

    針對收縮－擴(kuò)散型水洞中進(jìn)行鋁制翼型空蝕破壞試驗時，傳統(tǒng)度量不能準(zhǔn)確量化翼型表面不 同位置的空蝕程度，提出了數(shù)字圖像檢測的方法。獲取試驗翼型表面SEM空蝕圖像,然后對圖像進(jìn)行模糊增強(qiáng)，并進(jìn)行類間方差最大閾值分割，用二值形態(tài)學(xué)方法處理邊緣，最后由統(tǒng)計特性計算出空蝕破壞表面積、蝕坑數(shù)量等。圖像測量可得到空蝕對翼型表面破壞數(shù)值的定量結(jié)果。

    Abstract:

    The method of digital image processing is used to study the damage of cavitation on the surface of the aerofoil subarea. The cavitation corrosion's images of the aerofoil are gained with SEM. First, fuzzy enhancement is used. Second, threshold analysis is applied to pick-up the shallow pit. Third, morphology method is used to process the edge and work out the cavitation values. The idiographic numerical and quantitative values such as cavitation area, quantity are obtained.
