    摘要:

    采用工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)和下位機(jī)的監(jiān)測控制方式,開發(fā)了基于溫度-含氧量的全自動(dòng)堆肥通風(fēng)控制系統(tǒng),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了軟硬件的配套設(shè)計(jì)。運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)表明:采用該工藝堆肥,時(shí)間一般為2周,高溫期(55~65℃)可維持9d以上,能有效殺滅病原微生物,產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性好;可在整個(gè)堆肥過程中實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)在線監(jiān)控堆體溫度、含氧量和濕度,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。

    Abstract:

    Temperature/oxygen concentration-based aeration control system was designed and realized to control the process of aerobic composting. The outline, method, function and process of realization of the system were described in detail. By 2 week aerobic composting with this system, it showed that the system could run stably during composting and the composting temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration can be monitored by the system. The time of temperature remained at 55~65℃ was more than 9 days. The pathogenic microorganism can be killed and the stability of product is good. 
