49.95%。The flow field and droplets trajectory of the existing double-foil shield was analyzed by computational fluid dynamics software Fluent and improved scheme was put forward. Contrast experiment on flow field, droplets trajectory and droplet rate with shield before improvement and conventional spraying was carried out in simulative experiment and wind tunnel. The simulation experiment results indicate that improved double-foil shield was good for droplets to deposit and provided a deposit of 76.88% with the wind speed 3m/s, more than that before improvement which was 63.26% and conventional spraying was 50.16%. The wind tunnel experiment results indicate that improved double-foil shield provided a deposit of 73.35% with the wind speed 3m/s, more than that before improvement which was 66.90% and conventional spraying was 49.95%.
