    摘要:

    對(duì)葵花籽散粒體側(cè)限壓榨下的應(yīng)力—應(yīng)變關(guān)系和側(cè)向壓力進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)側(cè)限壓榨符合三次冪曲線模型的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,采用Kuhn屈服準(zhǔn)則并結(jié)合實(shí)際側(cè)限壓榨過程中的粘彈塑性過程,確定主要塑性模型的參數(shù),建立了基于增量理論的葵花籽散粒體側(cè)限壓榨本構(gòu)方程。并通過試驗(yàn)得出了葵花籽應(yīng)變的理論計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè)值最大相對(duì)誤差為19.7%,平均相對(duì)誤差5.3%,驗(yàn)證了基于Kuhn屈服準(zhǔn)則建立的壓榨模型能較好地描述葵花籽壓榨過程中的塑性變形。

    Abstract:

    The experiments for stress-strain and lateral pressure of sunflower seeds by uniaxial pressing were carried out. The results show that sunflower seeds conform to the model of three power curve. By using of Kuhn's yield criterion, plasticity constitutive equations were developed. Sunflower seed strain of theoretical and experimental value of the actual value of the maximum relative error is 19.7%, with an average error of 5.3%. The constitutive model can show a better description of sunflower seeds in the press process of plastic deformation. Kuhn's yield criterion can be used as theoretical basis for plasticity model of sunflower seeds. 
