    摘要:

    針對(duì)變頻泵控馬達(dá)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩的未知時(shí)變特性,設(shè)計(jì)了一種擾動(dòng)觀測(cè)器對(duì)負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩?cái)_動(dòng)進(jìn)行觀測(cè)及補(bǔ)償。設(shè)計(jì)了滑模變結(jié)構(gòu)魯棒控制器,并進(jìn)行魯棒性證明,利用其對(duì)擾動(dòng)不敏感特性來抑制各種內(nèi)外干擾的影響,以提高系統(tǒng)的魯棒性和控制性能。仿真試驗(yàn)表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的控制器對(duì)負(fù)載擾動(dòng)和參數(shù)攝動(dòng)的魯棒性較好,具有較高的速度跟蹤精度和較好的動(dòng)態(tài)性能,可滿足泵控馬達(dá)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的控制要求。

    Abstract:

    A disturbance observer was proposed to estimate and to compensate the load disturbance of the variable frequency pump-control-motor speed governing system. In order to improve the robustness and performance of the system, a sliding mode variable structure controller was designed to weaken the impact on the system of the disturbance. The proof on robustness of the system was conducted. Simulation results verified that the designed controller shows good robustness to the load disturbance and system parameters uncertainty, which effectively improves the precision of speed control and meets the requirements of the pump-control-motor speed governing system. 
