    摘要:

    對(duì)于驅(qū)動(dòng)防滑控制系統(tǒng)(ASR),傳統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法通過實(shí)車道路試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證控制算法并完成匹配標(biāo)定,開發(fā)周期長、成本高,且必須在完成控制器硬件之后才能實(shí)施道路試驗(yàn),難以滿足軟硬件并行工程需要。利用V流程方法開發(fā)了ASR控制器,研究了ASR系統(tǒng)建模與仿真、快速控制原型、硬件在環(huán)仿真實(shí)施以及實(shí)車試驗(yàn)標(biāo)定與驗(yàn)證,完成了ECU設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)過程和測試結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)的ECU較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了ASR控制功能,應(yīng)用V流程設(shè)計(jì)車輛電子控制系統(tǒng)具有較大的優(yōu)越性。

    Abstract:

    For acceleration slip regulation system(ASR), the traditional method develops the control algorithm through vehicle road experiments, which needs a long period and a high cost. The experiments are only carried on after the development of ECU hardware, which can’t meet the requirement of parallel engineering of software and hardware. The ASR controller was developed based on the V-flow method. Then the development of ECU was accomplished, by the modeling and simulation of ASR system, implementation of rapid control prototype(RCP), hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS), and the vehicle road tests. The research results indicate that the developed ECU can realize the ASR function preferably, and the V-flow developing method is ascendant to develop of the vehicle electronic control systems.
