    應用Altair Hyperworks 的OptiStruct優(yōu)化模塊,采用拓撲優(yōu)化技術(shù),對某柴油機正時齒輪罩進行了優(yōu)化,得到了最佳的質(zhì)量分布,據(jù)此進行了結(jié)構(gòu)改進,使該正時齒輪罩的模態(tài)振型避開正時輪系嚙合激勵頻段,進而降低輻射噪聲。通過有限元法和邊界元法聯(lián)合求解得知新正時齒輪罩輻射聲功率降低了2.4dB,對比實驗驗證了計算結(jié)果。

    Abstract:

    The optimization of timing gear cover was carried by using Altair Hyperworks, to gain the optimal mass distribution. Hereby, the structural modification was performed. The mode of timing gear cover avoided the frequency range of timing gear train excitation, to reduce the radiated noise. In order to calculate radiated sound power of timing gear cover, the finite element method (FEM) and boundary element method (BEM) were used. The calculating result shows that the radiated sound power on new timing gear cover decrease by 2.4dB, which was validated by the verification test. 
