    摘要:

    基于實(shí)例推理的基本原理,針對傳統(tǒng)案例屬性相似度計(jì)算模型缺乏對不確定環(huán)境中不精確信息的適應(yīng)性,研究了最近鄰實(shí)例檢索過程中實(shí)例屬性相似度的確定方法以及屬性權(quán)重的組合計(jì)算,提出檢索過程中區(qū)間值屬性相似度的計(jì)算模型和基于相似度離差信息的客觀賦權(quán)方法。將實(shí)例推理技術(shù)應(yīng)用在鏟式玉米精密播種機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中,采用IDEF0法對播種機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)進(jìn)行分解,采用最近鄰實(shí)例檢索策略完成實(shí)例檢索并根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行修整,從而達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。運(yùn)用Pro/E對設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行三維造型并進(jìn)行動態(tài)仿真,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)方案的有效性和可行性。

    Abstract:

    Traditional calculational models for similarities between case properties lack the adaptability to imprecision information in an uncertain environment, therefore, based on case-based reasoning (CBR) principle, and determination method for real case similarity and combined calculation method for properties weight were studied. A similarity computation model among interval value and an objective method based on the deviation information of similarity values among properties were proposed. CBR principle was applied in design of precision spade punch planter of maize. IDEF0 method was adopted to disassemble design procedure. The nearest-neighbor case retrieval strategy was used to accomplish case retrieval. Then, the retrieved case was modified to meet the needs of the design. Three-dimensional parameterized model was developed, and dynamic simulation was carried out for design scheme by using Pro/E, which verified effectiveness and feasibility of the design. 
