    摘要:

    采用雙向同步求解的方法對(duì)離心泵內(nèi)流場(chǎng)和葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行聯(lián)合求解,研究了葉輪流固耦合作用對(duì)離心泵內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)的影響。流場(chǎng)模擬基于Reynolds時(shí)均化N-S方程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε兩方程湍流模型,采用多重坐標(biāo)系法;結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)基于彈性體結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。并將計(jì)算所得的流道網(wǎng)格變形、流場(chǎng)靜壓和速度的分布以及徑向力等結(jié)果與非流固耦合計(jì)算的流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。分析結(jié)果表明,流固耦合作用使得流體和固體區(qū)域計(jì)算網(wǎng)格發(fā)生微小變形,這不僅會(huì)改變流體對(duì)固體載荷的分布,而且會(huì)影響結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)流體的做功作用,從而影響流場(chǎng)的分布;葉片相對(duì)隔舌不同位置時(shí),葉輪出口處和蝸殼流道內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的靜壓分布變化趨勢(shì)不同;流場(chǎng)速度變化主要出現(xiàn)在葉片和葉輪出口附近;各時(shí)間點(diǎn)上徑向力的大小和方向變化較明顯。

    Abstract:

    A combined calculation for turbulent flow and structure response of impeller was first established using two-way coupling method to study the effect of FSI of impeller on flow field in centrifugal pump. For the calculation, the flow field is based on Reynolds-averaging N-S equations and standard two equation k-ε turbulent model with the multiple reference frame, and the structure response is based on elastic structural dynamic equation. Mesh deformation, the velocity and static pressure distributions and the radial trust were analyzed, comparing with the calculated results without FSI. The analysis results indicate that, a small mesh deformation occurs in fluid and structure domain which leads to not only different distribution of load that is imposed from flow field to structure but also different impact that is made on fluid by structure, resultingly changing the distribution of flow field; the variations of static pressure distribution are different around impeller outlet and volute flow channel, according to the position of the blade relative to the cut-water; the variations of velocity distribution mostly happen around blades and impeller outlet; the magnitude and direction of radial trust have significant changes. 
