    摘要:

    基于接觸分形理論和微接觸面積分布函數(shù),建立了計(jì)及微接觸面積分布的域擴(kuò)展因子影響的結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度分形模型,并通過數(shù)字仿真直觀揭示了結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度與結(jié)合面諸參數(shù)之間的非線性關(guān)系以及這些相關(guān)參數(shù)對(duì)切向接觸剛度的影響規(guī)律。仿真研究結(jié)果表明,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨著結(jié)合面法向載荷的增大而增大,隨結(jié)合面切向載荷的增大而減小,隨結(jié)合面分形特征長度尺度參數(shù)的增大而減小,但隨結(jié)合面分形維數(shù)的變化規(guī)律比較復(fù)雜。

    Abstract:

    Based on contact fractal theory and micro-contact size distribution function, a fractal model for tangential contact stiffness of joint interfaces, considering the influence of the domain extension factor for micro-contact size distribution, was proposed. By numerical simulation, the nonlinear relationship between the tangential contact stiffness and the characteristic parameters of joint interfaces was obtained. The result shows that the tangential contact stiffness of joint interfaces increases with the normal total load applied on joint interfaces, and descreases with the tangential load. Moreover, the tangential contact stiffness increases with the fractal characteristic length scale parameter G* descreasing, but complicatedly varies with the fractal dimension D.
