    摘要:

    為了降低農(nóng)藥噴施環(huán)境污染和提高水果品質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)果園果樹仿形精確噴霧,建立了一套果樹冠層參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)主要由作物識(shí)別系統(tǒng)、車輛姿態(tài)系統(tǒng)、主控單元和數(shù)據(jù)記錄單元組成,采用CAN總線進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信。對(duì)5棵臨近的綠籬樹進(jìn)行了初步的靶標(biāo)距離檢測(cè)試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)重復(fù)3次。采用4個(gè)超聲波傳感器分時(shí)檢測(cè),拖拉機(jī)前進(jìn)速度為0.3 m/s,系統(tǒng)采樣速率為5次/s。試驗(yàn)表明,系統(tǒng)能可靠地按一定的采樣速率,實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)和記錄系統(tǒng)載體車輛位置、姿態(tài)(地面平整度)和果樹靶標(biāo)的距離等數(shù)據(jù),為精確仿形噴霧提供了一個(gè)較好的噴霧控制平臺(tái)。

    Abstract:

    To achieve precision application of pesticides and fertilizers to fruiter, a real-time measuring system for fruiter canopy parameters is developed to guide precision spraying in orchard. It can reduce the negative impacts on the environment as well as improve fruit safety. The system consists of crop identification system, vehicle attitude system, master control unit and data logger unit,and a CAN bus is used to connect the microprocessors involved. Primary experiments are conducted on five adjacent trees with regular cylinder-shaped canopy on the campus for three times. Four independent ultrasonic sensors are used to measures the canopy of the target trees on a time-division basis. System sampling rate is 5 times/s; and the tractor-traveling speed of 0.3 m/s is selected. Experiments show that the system can detect fruiter canopy size in real-time, and provide a good measuring and controlling platform for precision spraying based on tree canopy.
