    摘要:

    為了實(shí)現(xiàn)作物生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程的定量化、可視化表達(dá),提出了一種由作物形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)特征參數(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的作物骨架模型生長(zhǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真和動(dòng)畫(huà)生成方法。基于對(duì)作物器官及個(gè)體精確定義的幾何模型提取作物骨架,利用幾何模型參數(shù)控制骨架上關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動(dòng),結(jié)合參數(shù)關(guān)鍵幀插值技術(shù)確定整個(gè)骨架模型的生長(zhǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)作物生長(zhǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的可視化模擬。從而構(gòu)建一個(gè)虛擬作物骨架模型的三維生長(zhǎng)動(dòng)畫(huà)系統(tǒng),并以玉米為例進(jìn)行了模擬。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該方法能夠較準(zhǔn)確地模擬玉米植株的形態(tài)建成和運(yùn)動(dòng)特征,為真實(shí)、自然地模擬作物生長(zhǎng)提供了一種可控、通用的方法。

    Abstract:

    With the aim to achieve the quantified and visualized expression of crop growth, taking corn as an example, a simulation framework, which integrated parametric keyframe animation with the skeleton model was proposed. At first, a skeleton model for its topological structure was adopted, which was defined based on a precise geometric model. The dynamic creation of the parabolic curve of blade midrib integrated time variant was used to stimulate the elongation of leaf skeleton. With parametric keyframe technique, of which each keyframe parameters was acquired from the observed data or the output of corn growth model, the animation could be obtained by manual interaction. Experimental results showed that the proposed method could simulate the basic movements of corn growth visually with highly realistic rendering effects. It provides a simple and general dynamic process simulation for plant growth.
