    摘要:

    傳統(tǒng)的雙狀態(tài)無(wú)級(jí)變速車(chē)輛起步控制策略只考慮發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與液力變矩器聯(lián)合工作輸出功率最大,而沒(méi)有考慮金屬帶傳動(dòng)裝置效率對(duì)起步性能的影響。為此,提出了綜合考慮液力變矩器與金屬帶裝置效率的最佳動(dòng)力性起步控制策略,以驅(qū)動(dòng)功率最大為目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)算法,對(duì)起步過(guò)程金屬帶目標(biāo)速比進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化計(jì)算。仿真及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,在閉鎖車(chē)速為30km/h、起步節(jié)氣門(mén)開(kāi)度為20%時(shí),優(yōu)化后的控制規(guī)律可以使閉鎖時(shí)間提前約

    Abstract:

    0.8s。 Conventionally, the start-up control strategy of dual mode CVT has focused on obtaining maximum output power of the combination of engine and torque converter; however, this strategy did not pay attention to the efficiency of the metal V-belt unit, which also influenced the start-up characteristics of the system. A start-up control strategy considering both TC and metal V-belt efficiency was proposed. An optimal algorithm was developed to calculate the target CVT ratio in order to obtain maximum driving power with consideration of both TC and metal V-belt efficiency. Simulation and experimental results indicated that, when lock-up speed was 30 km/h and start-up throttle opening was 20%, working time of the TC during the start-up process was reduced by about 0.8 s after the optimization.
