    摘要:

    分析了組合復(fù)雜性轉(zhuǎn)換為周期復(fù)雜性的c/p過程,并將c/p過程與TRIZ理論集成,提出了一種組合復(fù)雜性消除過程模型。首先,判斷系統(tǒng)中是否存在組合復(fù)雜性,繪制系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖,并確定導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)時(shí)間相關(guān)組合復(fù)雜性的組合。其次,應(yīng)用TRIZ理論分析系統(tǒng)功能,引入一個(gè)合理的功能周期消除系統(tǒng)的組合復(fù)雜性。最后,將抽象的功能周期描述轉(zhuǎn)化為改進(jìn)后的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并以工程實(shí)例加以驗(yàn)證。

    Abstract:

    The process of transforming the combinatorial complexity in the system to the periodic one which contained in the complexity theory based on axiomatic design put forward by Suh was analyzed. Meanwhile, through the integration of c/p transformation and TRIZ theory, a design model for the combinatorial complexity elimination process was proposed. Firstly, the combinatorial complexity exists in the system was judged, and the functional structure to determine the functions that led to the time-dependent combinatorial complexity of the system was drawn. Then, the functions were analyzed with TRIZ tools, and a reasonable combinatorial complexity of the functional period was put forward. Finally, the virtual functional period description was transformed to an improved design plan. It was verified by the engineering practice of “capacitive online thickness measurement system”.
