    摘要:

    試驗(yàn)研究了利用EGR加富氫進(jìn)氣改善ZS195型柴油機(jī)性能和排放的可行性,在標(biāo)定轉(zhuǎn)速下試驗(yàn)研究了不同EGR率、摻氫率對(duì)ZS195型柴油機(jī)工作過(guò)程、排放和經(jīng)濟(jì)特性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:在高負(fù)荷工況,當(dāng)EGR率一定時(shí),隨著摻氫率的增加,缸內(nèi)峰值壓力和壓力升高率峰值增加。EGR加富氫進(jìn)氣可以降低HC、CO排放量和煙度,但NOx排放量有所增加。ZS195型柴油機(jī)采用EGR技術(shù)后,富氫進(jìn)氣會(huì)提高缸內(nèi)混合氣的燃燒速度,改善缸內(nèi)燃燒質(zhì)量,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的熱效率有所增加。

    Abstract:

    This paper presented the feasibility of improving engine performance and pollutant emissions of a ZS195 diesel engine by EGR and intake hydrogen enrichment. At rated speed, the effects of EGR rate and hydrogen addition on the engine performance, pollutant emissions and economic characteristics were experimentally investigated. The results showed that when EGR rate is constant, peak pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise increase with hydrogen addition. The EGR and intake hydrogen enrichment can reduce HC, CO and smoke level, but the NOx emission increases. The combustion speed and thermal efficiency increase with the hydrogen addition when EGR technique is adopted.
