    利用熱解-氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀對杉木進行了分級催化熱解實驗，考察溫度和催化劑對熱解產(chǎn)物組成和含量的影響。結(jié)果表明第1級300℃熱解產(chǎn)物種類較少，以有機抽提物為主，而第2級500℃熱解產(chǎn)物種類較多。ZSM-5和MCM-41兩種催化劑都降低了熱解產(chǎn)物中羰基化合物和大分子木質(zhì)素熱解產(chǎn)物的質(zhì)量分數(shù)。ZSM-5降低了熱解產(chǎn)物乙酸的質(zhì)量分數(shù)，并形成大量芳香烴；而MCM-41提高了熱解產(chǎn)物中乙酸和糠醛的質(zhì)量分數(shù)。

    Abstract:

    Step-wise pyrolysis of fir was conducted in the presence of catalysts by using pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). The effects of catalysts and temperature on composition and content of the pyrolysis products were studied. The results showed that few types of the products were found in the first-step 300℃ pyrolysis and the main products were extractives, while a great variety of products were detected in the second-step 500℃ pyrolysis. ZSM-5 and MCM-41 could reduce the contents of carbonyls and macromolecular lignin derivatives. ZSM-5 catalyst was helpful to reduce the content of acetic acid, and produced lots of aromatic hydrocarbons in the pyrolysis products. The content of acetic acid and furfural in the prolysis products were obviously increased by the presence of MCM-41 catalyst. 
