    以山茱萸為試驗原料,考察了真空干燥加熱溫度、干燥室壓力對山茱萸干燥特性的影響,并建立了干燥時間和馬錢苷質(zhì)量分數(shù)與加熱溫度和干燥室壓力之間的數(shù)學模型。利用多目標非線性優(yōu)化方法,確定了山茱萸真空干燥的最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,回歸模型具有良好的擬合性,當加熱溫度為68.1℃、壓力為1kPa時,綜合優(yōu)化分值最高時所對應(yīng)的干燥時間為248min,馬錢苷質(zhì)量分數(shù)為

    1.19%。The influence of drying temperature and pressure in the chamber on the drying characteristics of vacuum drying on Cornus officinalis was studied. The regression mathematical models of drying time and content of loganin versus drying temperature and pressure were established. The optimal combination of the parameters for vacuum drying of Cornus officinalis was obtained through nonlinear optimization method with multiple targets. The results showed that the regression mathematical models agreed well with the experimental data, and under the conditions of drying temperature 68.1℃ and pressure 1kPa, the optimal integrative values were obtained as drying time 248min and content of loganin 1.19%, respectively.
