    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了由陣列式壓電晶體傳感器、陣列信號(hào)調(diào)理系統(tǒng)及單片機(jī)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)組成的谷粒清選損失監(jiān)測(cè)儀,并制作了儀器樣機(jī)。測(cè)試試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,陣列式壓電晶體谷粒清選損失監(jiān)測(cè)儀對(duì)損失谷粒響應(yīng)時(shí)間在1 s以內(nèi),測(cè)量誤差小于5%,且對(duì)實(shí)際收獲工況中各種干擾能有效地抑制。

    Abstract:

    The array piezocrystals sensor and the conditioning circuit of array signal were designed. The software and hardware of monitoring system were completed based on the single chip microcomputer, and the instrument of monitoring grain cleaning loss was realized. Experimental data showed that the response time of the intelligent monitor for grain was less than 1s, and the measurement errors were less than 5%. The system effectively cancelled all kinds of interference during harvesting, and could monitor grain cleaning loss on line with high accuracy.
