    摘要:

    鑒于超磁致伸縮致動器(GMA)的脈沖噴射開關(guān)閥性能受致動器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的影響,建立了基于GMA的脈沖噴射開關(guān)閥流量與驅(qū)動電流之間的物理模型,并采用Matlab進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)仿真。對比分析了開關(guān)閥中不同驅(qū)動線圈匝數(shù)、渦流時(shí)間常數(shù)、等效質(zhì)量對開關(guān)閥頻響伯德圖和時(shí)域階躍響應(yīng)的影響,從而得到不同參數(shù)引起的開關(guān)閥工作帶寬、響應(yīng)時(shí)間等性能的變化規(guī)律,試驗(yàn)表明致動器結(jié)構(gòu)引起的渦流時(shí)間常數(shù)是影響開關(guān)閥工作性能的主要因素,通過減小線圈匝數(shù)、縮短渦流時(shí)間常數(shù)可擴(kuò)大致動器的頻響范圍,縮短響應(yīng)時(shí)間。

    Abstract:

    The performances of pulsed jet on-off valve based on giant magnetostrictive actuator(GMA) are affected by structure parameters of actuator. The physical model between flux and driving current of the valve was built,and their relationship was simulated by Matlab. The response of different parameters, such as number of solenoids, eddy current time constant, effective mass of actuator, effect on the valve flux in frequency domain and time domain were analyzed respectively. The trends of flux with actuator parameters were abstracted from the simulation results. The eddy current time constant was the main factor which confirmed by experiments. To enlarge the response frequency band and shorten the response time, the number of the solenoid and the eddy current time constant should be decreased
