    摘要:

    以遼寧省3個(gè)主栽大豆品種為對(duì)象，研究了內(nèi)部損傷特征對(duì)大豆發(fā)芽率的影響。結(jié)果表明，機(jī)械脫粒引起的大豆各種內(nèi)部損傷，如子葉斷裂、子葉破裂、胚根斷裂和胚軸損傷等多種形式同時(shí)存在，內(nèi)部機(jī)械損傷不易發(fā)現(xiàn)并影響發(fā)芽，具有嚴(yán)重的潛在危害性。

    Abstract:

    In order to analysis inner mechanical damage mechanism of soybean seed and the impact to its germination, three mechanical threshed soybean varieties mainly cultivated in Liaoning Province were selected. By means of stereomicroscope system and germination test, the inner mechanical damage impact to germination were tested, and the results showed that soybean seed germination ratio with inner mechanical damage was lower than 10%, main inner damage forms were devided into cotyledon break, cotyledon crack, radicle crack and hypocotyl break, which has remarkable latent harmfulness to soybean production. 
